The Discover Whitewater Series Team is ecstatic to have the opportunity to offer 25% off discounted race entries to all University of Wisconsin-Whitewater(UW-W) students. Thanks to a generous anonymous sponsor, the DWS team is able to provide students with this discount. “The University is incredibly helpful with their time and talents,” DWS Executive Officer, Jeffery Knight said. “We are more than thrilled to pay them back by providing a discount for students.” The DWS is made up of many volunteers, participants, and donations from the Univesity’s staff, students, families, and organizations. The DWS race is a great opportunity for students to gain official volunteer hours and become involved in the community.
