Kids Korral

7:00 a.m: The Kids Korral Opens

*The Kids Korral will be available until noon.

Parents, guardians, and caregivers can drop off their children ages 1 through 10 years to be watched while they participate in the race. The Kids Korral is free, and is made possible by volunteers from the UW-W Creative and Resourceful Educators (CARE) student organization. Kids are free to play games, do arts and crafts, and more!

*Registration for the Kids Korral will be open until Wednesday (9/18) at 11:59 p.m.

Half Marathon

7:55 a.m: Wheelchair Division Starts

8 a.m: Half Marathon

*The course will be open until 12:00 p.m.

The Discover Whitewater Series Half Marathon will begin and end at the Whitewater High School. It will start at Elizabeth St. and finish on the high school track. Throughout the course, there will be water stations, energy gel, and mile markers provided.

To ensure the safety of our runners, the event will be self-timed. Each runner’s bib will have a timing chip that will start when the runner goes over the start line, and will stop when the runner crosses the finish line. Once all participants have finished the course, times will be published and winners will be announced. Participant food will also be available at the finish line!

5k

8:10 a.m.: 5K Wheelchair Division Starts

8:15 a.m.: 5K Begins

*The course will be open for 2 hours.

The Discover Whitewater Series 5K will begin and end at the Whitewater High School. This event will be self timed to ensure the safety of our runners. Each runner’s bib will have a timing chip that will start when the runner goes over the start line, and will stop when the runner crosses the finish line. Similar to the Half Marathon, the 5K will offer water stations, energy gel, and mile markers. Once all participants have finished the course, times will be published and winners will be announced. Participant food will be available at the finish line for pick up!

Whitewater Aquatic and Fitness Center

9:00 a.m: The Whitewater Aquatic and Fitness Center Opens

*The Fitness Center will be open until 6:00 p.m.

Runners are given a free day pass to the Aquatic and Fitness Center, thanks to their sponsorship with our race this year. The Fitness Center offers leisure swimming, lap pools, a hot tub amenity, weight rooms, cardio training, and concession food for their guests.
